During a period of school closure (either a local lockdown or when a class has to self-isolate due to a positive case) we will continue to provide your child with the essential resources to continue with their learning whilst at home. We understand that this is a difficult time for both children and adults and endeavour to provide support at these times with regular contact through Seesaw, school website/app and phone calls.
Your child’s teacher will upload each day’s lessons onto the child’s seesaw account, this may consist of a link to online videos and follow up activities for a variety of lessons. Additional tasks may also be set depending on the child’s age or ability.
Resources found within ‘Home Learning’ will be updated when appropriate.
Parents are not expected to be home educators, but to provide opportunities for their children to learn using resources provided by school, those available online and activities that they want to provide for their children.
