Our Teacher is Miss Lewis and our Support staff are Mrs Gilbert and Miss Bennett

We have had a very exciting half term with lots of activities going on.  We have enjoyed our topic of 'How are you?' and thought about how we look after our bodies and stay healthy.  We even made some delicious, healthy pizza's.  Check out our pictures!!

We have had a busy start to the new year already.  We have been enjoying our topic of 'People of the Past' and we are finding lots of information out about Florence Nightingale.  we are also enjoying our Come and See topic of Books.  We visited church this week to find out about the different books used in church.  It was great to find some of our names in the Baptism register.

Our Current Topic this term - Famous People from Past

What an exciting week we've had!  We have had many visitors including a male Nurse.  We found out lots of information about hospitals and how to look after sick patients.  We were able to compare this with the life of Florence Nightingale and her duties as a Nurse.  We have been creating many exciting writing opportunities around this topic including dairy entries, letters and fact files.

We have also had a visit from Zoo Lab where we met lots of interesting creatures and found out what they like to eat, where they live and even how they feel!!  Check out some of our brave photographs!!

World Book Day!!

What an exciting day we've had!  The children loved dressing up for World Book Day and sharing their favourite stories.  We also enjoyed a short reading session with our Year 6 pupils.  Check out our photographs.

Look out for our teachers dressed as Where's Wally!

Summer Term - Growing Plants

We have an exciting term ahead starting off with our topic of Growing Plants.  We are looking at what plants need to grow and we will be carrying out our own investigations.

To begin our exciting topic, we have visited the local Garden Centre.  We saw lots of lovely flowers, plants and vegetables.
