Exercise and keeping healthy

This half term, we've been learning all about the importance of looking after our bodies and eating healthily. This week, we've been discussing the importance of exercise to stay fit and healthy and to help us to grow big and strong. We talked about the types of exercise that we know and we made a list, and we wrote about our favourite ways to exercise.
