This week, we have been learning about healthy eating and as part of this we designed and made our own fruit kebabs. We had our own design booklet and we listed the ingredients we wanted to use, the equipment we would need and then drew what we would want it to look like.
This afternoon, we each made a fruit kebab and remembered to wash our hands carefully and then practised using the knives safely to cut up the fruit. The children loved making their own fruit kebabs and many children tried new fruits which made Miss Harrison so proud! Everyone said their favourite part was getting to eat their healthy treat!
Next, we will evaluate our kebabs and say if there is anything that we would change next time.
